In order to disable the firewall please follow the procedure given below.
1. Open control panel. Click on System and Security
2. Click on "Windows Firewall".
3. Click on "Turn Windows Firewall on or off".
4. Check the radio buttons from "Turn off Windows Firewall" to "Turn on Windows Firewall".
( Check both options highlighted if you want to enable all functionality of firewall")

5. Click the "Ok" button. And the firewall will be enabled now.
